Got the cases apart on this 2024 and the bearings a lot of play in them, cases are good with new bearings installed.
New crank has bearings fitting nice and snug as they should.

Had to improvise and machine the missing adjusting blocks out of so it’s nice and strong until the oem parts arrive.

Crazy day, service on this all going to plan until time to take it for a final test drive and the key fob fails to register and the bike wouldn’t start.
Quick trip to the owners house to get the emergency key and back to the shop and all is well and bike starts using the spare.

This poor has been to another shop for servicing and ended up here and this is what we found on initial inspection…we will sort this out and have it safe for the road again.

Scooters need servicing too, this on for a service and also the checked as well.
