- Honda Civic FD1 K24 Turbocharged Upgrade - 300KW+

BYP Racing completed a full drive-in/drive-out turbo conversion on a K24-swapped FD1 Civic, navigating tight engine bay constraints and first-time fitment challenges around manifold and turbo placement.

Despite packaging limitations, the setup was engineered to remain street-compliant with a plumb-back system and airbox integration.

The stock K24A3 long block delivered 311kW at the wheels using a Turbosmart 5862 turbo, with boost control ranging from 190kW at 3psi up to ~400hp at 12psi, utilising boost-by-gear and RPM strategies to keep that wheelspin to a minimal.
