The AMMM exists on Ngunnawal/Ngambri Country. We acknowledge the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people's as the traditional custodians of this land upon which we work, live and race. We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and connections to land, water and community. We pay respect to the Elders of the Ngunnawal/Ngambri peoples past, present and emerging.
Our ancestors, came to this land not to invade, but as refugees seeking a new path... a new dream. We honour them, and stand upon their shoulders to join with the traditional people's of this land as its nurturers and protectors. As our footprints appear in the sand, we hope that they will become one with story of the Dreamtime.
