Our Safety and Compliance Officers intercepted this vehicle and found a *clear* problem - a DIY fix that could have ended in disaster. The driver had rigged up ratchet straps to operate their windscreen wipers.

A quick inspection found a loose nut securing the wiper to the motor - one quick tighten and the wipers were back in action!
