Hi guys, it’s been some time since I’ve been active on Facebook.. and I’m about to explain why.
As I’m sure most of you know back in September 2021 I contracted a pretty nasty strain of covid which had me hospitalised twice and the recovery process was very slow and began to get worse around Christmas time..
this got much worse in the beginning of February this year where I was rushed to hospital and held in ICU for the better part of 3 weeks..
it was during this stay the specialists discovered that covid had caused heart damage (HFrEF was the official diagnosis) basically I was diagnosed with chronic heart failure and the output of my heart was at 19% (healthy heart should be 75%-85%).
There is no ‘cure’ for this, only management plans which consist of fluid restrictions, daily medication, reduction of sodium and stress and least as I can.
This is why I haven’t been very active on the phone or responding to messages. While I have been attempting to perform duties as I had prior to covid, it’s near impossible with the shortness of breath and becoming very tired very quickly.
I’m sharing this information with you as I will be attempting to take on more work in the coming weeks as I don’t want to let you, my loyal customers down and am in the process of business talks with another local European specialist to potentially share the load and have the required assistance to be able to complete jobs in reasonable turn around times..
