Bushes connect to the control arm, a key component to your vehicles suspension. A control arm connects the wheel hub and steering knuckle to the frame of the vehicle⁠

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT: Sliding out around corners 😬 Performed a comprehensive check of suspension and steering components, but the issue was apparent here 💁‍♂️ Uneven tread wear and steel cords exposed, leaving less traction 🛣

💥 We come across this all too often the cause is due to poor alignment.

Great news! A new way to pay has arrived at Pulse Mobile Mechanics.

Unforeseen repairs and maintenance can break the budget.

Jane, a recent customer, booked for a routine service, once our mechanic was onsite a full safety inspection was carried out, he found her tyres to be completely bold! Jane had not noticed, she was under the impression that her brakes may be on the way out as it was taking longer to brake. She required four new tyres plus a wheel alignment as well as the scheduled service. Jane could only afford the service, making a booking for three weeks down the track for the tyres. The mechanic felt extremely uneasy to walk away knowing that she would likely still drive the car against his advice, putting her life at risk as well as the likelihood of receiving a fine and defect notice should police pull her over.

No one likes surprises, and we are now delighted to offer our customers an alternate payment method that will allow necessary repairs to be completed on the day, keeping them safe on the road.
