Kenex Stencils Pty Ltd focuses on safety line marking in factories and warehouses, complete basement packages, shopping centre car parks, schools, and anywhere you need to park or store goods or vehicles. We offer a range of additional services such as surface cleaning, mechanical sweeping, mechanical wet scrubbing, shot blasting, and sealing, signage & stenciling and all our line marking products are RMS approved. Our specialty is in long life line marking which has a life expectancy of five years and has been very successful in many of our factory environments.

What makes a truck bay exclusion zone effective?

It needs to be positioned correctly, hold up under constant use, and not fade after a few short months.

That means properly preparing the surface before painting, using coatings built for heavy traffic instead of quick fixes, and creating a clear line that shows at a glance where it's safe to stand right now.

Loading areas are some of the busiest, highest-risk spots on any site. Trucks reversing, forklifts moving pallets, drivers standing and waiting, all sharing the same small space.

Most incidents in these zones come down to one thing: no clear line between where people can stand and where plant needs to move. A well-placed, visible exclusion zone helps prevent exactly that kind of avoidable accident.

Taking a quick break from all things line marking to put a spotlight on one of our own.

📣We're proud to shout out Rick McGrath, part of the Kenex team and founder of Autism Dad

Rick started Autism Dad as a page to share the reality of raising his son, Benji, who has Level 3 ASD, and to help break the stigma around dads speaking openly about the harder parts of parenting.

What began as one page has grown into a community, with other parents sharing their own experiences raising non-verbal children.

Rick and his wife, Katrina, now organise monthly playdates across Western Sydney, run at their own expense, giving families a space to connect with others who understand.

We're proud to have Rick on the team, and just as proud of the community he's built outside of it. 👏💚
