Back in 1993 Sutto's came to life in a small factory unit in Penrith wanting to look after the growing needs of local Dirt Bike riders begging for a specialist store with great service and a friendly atmosphere. Since those humble beginnings we’ve kept expanding and changing with the times. We started with the single unit, and in no time had grown to take over the adjoining two. With no more room

to grow, we’ve moved premises three times since then into progressively larger and larger stores. We are now in our massive 2000 plus square metre mega store, in a great location with plenty off street parking. During that time we took on Husaberg in 1995, Polaris in 2005 and most recently became a KTM dealership in 2007. Sutto’s has remained dedicated to the Off Road Rider and Racer by always stocking fresh lines at the best prices. We carry all the popular brands of Apparel, Helmets, Boots, Tyres and accessory lines - along with all the hard parts you need to keep your bike ready for the weekend. All of which you can purchase online with our new webstore. Our online service is totally secure for your peace of mind. If you are in the area, we’d love for you to drop in, look around and check things out. We have huge displays of riding gear, parts, accessories and casual gear. We pride ourselves on our friendly enthusiastic staff. Our workshop is clean, modern and staffed by exceptional technicians. We have multiple national and state Motocross and Off-Road Titles to our credit as well as hundreds of happy, dedicated customers. So no matter whether you race MX, Off-Road or enjoy your weekends trail riding with your buddies, we can help with any motor, suspension or handling need to make your ride just perfect.

A couple of Can-Am Defenders in the workshop today, one brand new and one still going strong after around eight years.

We fit accessories in-house and can set them up to suit what you actually use them for, whether that’s hunting, farm work or getting out on the weekends.

We also handle servicing, repairs and upgrades down the track.

The new 2026 Kawasaki Teryx4 H2 🤘

Powered by a supercharged 999cc inline-four producing about 250hp, the Teryx4 H2 has selectable 2WD/4WD, front diff lock, FOX 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks, 33-inch Maxxis Carnivore Plus tyres and 4 seats.

We’re taking one out to TJ’s 4B Park on 25th September for Buggy Nats with Sydney Buggy Crew. Come down, see the Teryx4 H2 in person, jump in for a ride and see what it’s actually capable of out on the tracks.

If you’re not sure what tyre suits your bike or the type of riding you do, we can point you in the right direction and supply, fit and balance them here in-store.

This KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days is in the workshop for a service.

Enduro bikes get ridden hard, and there are plenty of parts that can wear over time without being immediately obvious.

We know what to look for, and if we find anything that needs attention, we’ll let you know what we recommend replacing and wait for your approval before carrying out the work.

At Sutto’s, we can handle regular servicing, repairs, maintenance, modifications and upgrades for your enduro bike.

A good mix of Can-Am in the workshop at Sutto’s.

The Defender on the left is being assembled and getting its predelivery checks before heading out to its new owner, with another Defender beside it and a Maverick X3 up on the hoist.

Who’s the 500 EXC-F actually for?

If most of your riding is open trails, big hills, sand, fire roads and faster terrain, then the 500 may be perfect for you.

The big 510.9cc four stroke gives you plenty of torque down low. Point it at a climb, give it the throttle and let the engine do the work.

It’s a lot of bike for tight, slow singletrack and not everyone needs a 500. But for an experienced rider who likes covering ground and wants that big-bore torque on tap, there’s a reason the 500 EXC-F has such a following.
