Honestly - not hard at all, if the system's designed properly from the start

🚛 This Mercedes Sprinter just had its off-grid electrical system completed: 628Ah / 8kW Lithium battery bank, 3000W pure sine wave inverter, dual MPPT solar charge controllers, plus a DC-DC charger to top up from the alternator while driving

The goal isn't just a clean install, it's making sure the owner can actually run it themselves. Switching things on, checking battery levels, managing solar input - all as simple as using power at home

Ahh… the good old BA/BF Falcon (2003)🚗

Still a bloody good car, but after all these years, the factory electronics can start to show their age

🎞️ This one came in with a CD failure, and we also had an air-conditioning issue to look into

We've put together a short video showing the CD issue and what we'are checking before moving forward

We’ve uploaded the video showing the problem and the approach we took to get the system sorted and move it towards a more modern setup

🚗 We finished this custom build 9" on a 2006 Volkswagen Touareg, one of our favourite platforms to work on

Our job was making sure the upgrade respected that. Custom-fit screen, factory-style fascia, no cheap universal fascia panels or floating tablets stuck to the dash. Just a clean integration that looks like it left the factory this way

Well, there’s a bit more to it than just getting a trim tool behind the edge

We’ve filmed a quick guide on removing and deactivating the factory top LCD clock on a Holden Commodore VE Series 1 (2008), including a few things worth knowing before you start pulling the dash apart

When your Prado radio suddenly starts saying this… 😬

"Program cannot be read, please consult the dealer"

Instead of putting up with a dead or unreliable factory setup, this 2012 Prado Altitude 150 was given a proper refresh

🔧We fixed the original issue and upgraded the centre display to Apple CarPlay, giving the cabin a much more useful setup for everyday driving

We know plenty of Prado owners keep these cars for years, so sometimes the answer isn't replacing the car - it's simply fixing what no longer works and bringing a little modern tech into the cabin
