This isn’t just a container.

TitanCell is a deployable robotic manufacturing cell — built to produce large critical parts wherever they’re needed. Mine site. Port. Remote construction. No fixed facility required.

Next week, it makes its public debut at IODS. Come see it for yourself — find us at booth 3F80.

The build is underway. Online soon.

Manufacturing, closer to the point of need.

Over the past few weeks, Hyperion has spanned engineering and production work, Sea Air Space 2026 conversations, defence engagement, recognition in The West Australian, 40under40 recognition and delivery planning.

All part of the same focus: building on-demand manufacturing capability for critical parts and infrastructure, faster and closer to where it is needed.

Inside our Henderson facility, engineers are on the floor running production — setting up jobs, refining processes, and working across print and finishing to deliver consistent, production-ready results.

Proud to share that Hyperion founder and CEO, was named in the News 40under40 Awards on Friday night in Perth.

The recognises entrepreneurs and future leaders shaping WA, and this is a well-deserved acknowledgement of what Josh has built and where he is taking Hyperion.

Hyperion exists because critical parts and infrastructure still take too long to produce through traditional manufacturing models.

We are building a more flexible, deployable manufacturing model that helps organisations produce what they need faster, closer to the point of need, and with less reliance on slow or rigid supply chains.

Josh has driven that conviction from day one.

This award reflects his leadership, and the work underway across Hyperion to turn that model into working systems, real capability, and delivery outcomes for customers who cannot afford to wait.

We are heading to Indian Ocean Defence & Security (IODS) Conference and Exhibition shortly — find us at booth 3F80. If you are attending and want to discuss Hyperion’s deployable manufacturing capability, reach out.

Faster housing starts with a better production model.

Housing needs to move faster.
That starts with how it gets built.

In partnership with Little Castles Small Homes, this 28m² home is being produced using recycled plastic in a real housing application.

Produced in days, not months, it is a practical example of how faster, more flexible production can help reduce the time and friction involved in getting housing built.

Hyperion is at Sea-Air-Space this week.

If you are working on reliable, short-notice production for critical parts and replacement needs in Defence and maritime contexts, come find us at the Team Defence Australia Pavilion.

We are building deployable polymer and metal production capability closer to the point of need.

Recently at Hyperion

From engineering and design through to full-scale production, deployment, and real-world testing, the past few weeks have been a clear demonstration of what large-format additive manufacturing can enable.

This is what modern manufacturing looks like.

Distributed. Scalable. Deployable.

We’re not just building parts, we’re building a new model for production.

Inside Hyperion HQ.
Our Henderson facility houses a range of robotic systems dedicated to large-format additive manufacturing. From robotic print cells and gantry systems to precision milling and metal WAAM capabilities, each cell plays a role in producing large-scale structures and components.
We are pushing the limits of what large-format manufacturing can do.
Dream big. Print bigger.

It’s safe to say that the Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition 2025 was a huge success for Hyperion this year.

Without a doubt the peak of the week was our Founder-CEO Joshua Wigley taking out the ‘Indo Pacific Innovation Pitchfest and Awards’ in the Young Innovator category.

It’s well-deserved recognition for Josh, who has worked tirelessly over the last few years to make the Company’s big dreams a commercial reality (plus, a handy $40,000 cash prize to boot).

We’re gearing up for the deployment of our first ‘TitanCell’ mobile unit in early 2026. If you aren’t following Hyperion now… we suggest you start 👀
