Was a great night for tarmac racing, definitely will be back again, in the short tight stuff car did great was a hand full, but just didn't like the long straights and lost a few belts, will be back for rnd 1 that's for sure

Eastern creek tarmac rally ready for Thursday night, hopefully the weather holds off this time and isn't postponed again, racing starts at 6pm for anyone that wants something to go watch that night

So what an awesome weekend it was racing Ultra4 Australia for round 1, had a great start was feeling good, around 2nd lap had flat tyre and was looking for a nice stump or log to drive up onto for a quick change out, got the tyre change pretty quick and back on the track until we got to the back section a short hill climb nothing to serious but a pretty deep rut had started to form, we had a good system going for that section prior where we would pop up on top and straddle the rutt but unfortunately slipped into it and rolled trying to get out, unfortunately the right rear stayed in the rutt and we rolled and it ripped the lower radius rod, the cv and destroyed the bearing all in one go and to top that off the radius rod the heim went through the tyre and had no more spares to continue, we had to winch the buggy up out of the way for the ultra4 boys that would be coming through not long after, then the long walk back just over 2hrs, got to see some good action from the ultra4 guys during that walk

Big thanks to Matt&Nick from kinselaracing along with jesse and his crew helping me recover the buggy that night and Jayden for lending a spare that I unfortunately destroyed to
