👨‍✈️ Listen to the Skipper: Our captains are the pros. You must always listen to and follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.

🩺 Health & Allergies: You (or a parent for under 18s) must notify our staff of any food allergies, intolerances, or health conditions that could affect your safety. Please let us know prior to booking and again on the day!

🚶‍♂️ Safe Boarding: Only step on or off the vessel once the skipper has explicitly told you it is safe to do so.

🧢 Dress Smart: Wear weather-appropriate layers, enclosed shoes, pack your sunscreen, and keep hydrated.

🛑 Respect the Deck: To protect the safety of the crew and guests, passengers must not be intoxicated or engage in disruptive behavior.

To give you an honest look at how it works, launching a high-performance vessel into the open ocean requires a baseline financial commitment for every single trip. These essential costs include:

However, handling these reef dwellers requires a lot of care, which is why our crew is always on standby to safely unhook them for you. Here is what you need to know about the Red Rock Cod:

⚠️ Handle with Extreme Care: These fish are armed with 12 highly venomous spines along their dorsal fin. A sting from one of these will ruin your day fast, so it’s always best to let Captain Ravi or the deckhands handle the de-spining and cleaning!

📏 Size & Limits: While there is no official minimum legal size limit for Red Rock Cod in NSW, they max out at around 45cm in length. Because of this, we recommend only keeping the larger ones to make sure you get a decent, worthwhile serving of those delicious fillets!

To ensure fairness to all paying guests and to keep our operations running smoothly, we enforce a strict No-Show, Late Arrival, and No Refund Policy:

⏳ The 5-Minute Wharf Rule

Strict Arrival Window: Our vessel will arrive precisely at the scheduled departure time. We will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes at the wharf for final boarding.
Zero Refusal/100% Charge: If you or any member of your group misses this window and misses the boat, you will be charged 100% of the charter costs, and absolutely no refund or credit will be provided. ❌

⚓ Why We Can't Wait: Public Wharf Regulations

Please understand that this isn't just our rule—it’s a strict legal requirement. Most public wharves in Sydney (including Rose Bay) enforce a strict maximum 5-minute loading time limit for commercial vessels.
If we overstay our limit waiting for late arrivals, our vessel faces heavy fines, blocks other transport services, and cuts into the hard-earned fishing time of the passengers who arrived on time. Because of this, we cannot hold up the charter and will be forced to depart without you. 🛥️💨

🎒 Our Top Tip: Plan to Arrive 15 Minutes Early!
