First, we want to recognize and apologise for the recent delays many of you have experienced with your orders. We know how frustrating it has been, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
The reason behind these delays is simple: PEAK has grown faster than anyone could have predicted. Our old logistics setup couldn’t keep pace with the demand, and that was not acceptable to us — or to you.
That’s why we’ve made a major move forward. PEAK has partnered with Ligentia, one of Australia’s largest and most advanced logistics providers. They are the only team capable of delivering on our future vision.
What’s happening right now:
We’ve relocated all operations to Ligentia’s state-of-the-art hub in Melbourne.
Good news for Melbourne customers:
You can now pick up directly from: 20 Shiny Dr, Truganina VIC 3029
Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
What’s coming next:
From this new hub, we’ll be rolling out stock in every state, reducing lead times, lowering costs, and ensuring PEAK gear is always within reach nationwide. In parallel, we’re bolstering our stock levels to hold even more gear and expanding our range — so keep an eye out for exciting new products being introduced over time.

The relocation created a short disruption — but our team is now working tirelessly to clear every back order and get your gear on the road as quickly as possible.
