Tesla Model Y restored to factory-level finish following minor accident repair.

This Model Y underwent a precise post-repair refinement process to ensure its protection system and finish met exacting standards.

Following a comprehensive decontamination wash, Modesta BC-05 Liquid Glass coating was reapplied to the three repaired panels.
This ensured complete uniformity in protection, gloss, depth, and durability across the entire vehicle.
All preparation and application procedures were executed in strict accordance with Modesta’s technical specifications, including controlled infrared curing to achieve optimal bonding and coating performance.

During the decontamination stage, Modesta M4 Smoke Conditioner was applied to the existing coated panels to cleanse the coatings structure.

Each stage was carried out with precision to guarantee seamless integration between repaired and original panels, resulting in a consistent, high-performance finish.

The process was completed with a full-vehicle application of Modesta M1 Shot, enhancing gloss, surface slickness, and reinforcing the protective layer.

This stunning Zeekr 7X receives Modesta BC-04 Liquid Glass protection.
Even on a brand-new vehicle, proper preparation is essential.

The paintwork underwent a complete decontamination process before being lightly refined using Modesta C-02 polishing compound paired with a Modesta Micro Wool pad.
This critical polishing stage not only enhances gloss and addresses minor transport marring, but also deep cleans the paint surface by removing residues and contamination, providing the ideal foundation for coating installation.
Following polishing, the vehicle was rewashed and degreased to remove polishing residue.
The paintwork was then wiped down with demineralised water and meticulously cleansed with IPA to ensure the surface was completely free of oils and ready for the Modesta coating system.
Two applications of Modesta P-01A Primer were then carried out.
P-01A is a unique alkyd resin-based primer developed to improve adhesion, increase surface hardness, enhance gloss and create a more uniform foundation for the coating layer.
A full bottle of Modesta BC-04 Liquid Glass was subsequently applied in accordance with Modesta's prescribed installation method. Unlike many coating manufacturers that promote coating multiple vehicles from a single bottle, Modesta specifies the use of the entire bottle to achieve the intended film build, appearance and long-term performance.
BC-04 was then infrared cured, accelerating the cross-linking process and transforming the coating into an exceptionally dense, hardened and chemically resistant glass-like layer with reduced porosity and enhanced durability.
The result is the unmistakable BC-04 appearance – a crisp, highly reflective liquid-glass finish that perfectly complements the modern lines of the Zeekr 7X while delivering years of easier maintenance and protection.
