This D40 was struggling with its added weight from canopy, draws and 12v setup so we supplied and fitted a Bilstein 2 inch lift kit and 32 inch tyres to get it back sitting level and looking like a 4x4 again!
Customer is now itching to get out camping to test it out!

A good customer of ours sent us this 325i that they had purchased in somewhat unknown condition and not starting. Tasked with getting the vehicle started as the first step we went digging. After replacing the dead battery and every fuse in the fuse box due to corrosion causing voltage drop it was up and running! Further diagnosis of the Canbus and instrument cluster found a leaked out capacitor causing the cluster to fail.
Replacement and coding of the cluster and this 325 is back and better than ever!

This is something we would consider a maintenance item on all E chassis cars and it is so often missed. DME failure due to water ingress can be avoided when the water drain is cleaned out and clearanced to allow for additional flow.

Unfortunately for this E90 owner the drain was completely blocked and DME failure occured due to it.

Had a rather tidy e92 325i in for some cooling system issues recently.
Found a poor electrical connection at the water pump causing intermittent issues. All sorted and customer back on the road again 👌

This Toyota Soarer came to us for a whole bunch of stuff straight after purchase!
Carried out a full front to back service all fluids, timing belt including all seals, water pump and harmonic balancer. New coil pack connectors spark plugs you name it! Once it was running well again then came the fun stuff 😈

Tidy manual E46 323i we had in for some diagnosis work. Customer complaint was thud through driveline and very intermittent engine light/limp mode.

Resolution:
✅ Broken gearbox mounts replaced
✅ Intermittent wiring issue resolved with new harness from throttle body back to engine ECU made in Haus 😉
