Refurbishment Success: Repurposing for Performance.
ATE Tankers has completed a major tanker refurbishment for Stows Waste Management, transforming a used stainless steel milk tanker into a specialised waste bulk liquid transport tanker.

This comprehensive project included:
- Full refurbishment of the barrel and chassis running gear.
- Installation of a direct-coupled Yanmar power pack.
- Integration of a high-flow, solids-capable Pioneer Pump 6400 LPM heavy-duty pump.
- Fitment of Airtec Corporation mass management and WABCO EBS systems.
- Plus, numerous additional equipment upgrades to enhance performance and reliability..

Throughout the build, ATE worked closely with Stows Waste Management to ensure every operational requirement was met — delivering a tailored solution that optimised asset performance and lifecycle value.

Rolling out in style - We’ve just delivered a 30m A-double PBS combination to — finished in a sharp red and silver and fitted with the latest tech, including the Right Weigh, Inc. digital load scale and Hendrickson TIREMAAX Pro system.

Built at our Sunshine facility, this unit was completed in just 50 working days from order to delivery—on time and ready to work.

ATE Tankers recently completed a project for Matthews Direct Fuels to repurpose a used trailer from a 25m B-double to create a new 30m A-double PBS combination.

This involved manufacturing a new 5-compartment tag trailer and refurbishing the used trailer. Additional equipment included the upfit of an Air CTI type pressure management system and Right Weigh load scale system. ATE also provided PBS compliance. Dolly supplied by
