This Mercedes 4x4 Sprinter has some issues with going into low range on occasion. We're going to take a look at the motor on the back of the transfer case after running a diagnostic scan. We're hoping this one is an easy fix for our customer. This 4x4 Sprinter is fitted out to be a camper van, it has a composite high roof fitted aftermarket and is built to take on the Aussie Outback and mountain ranges. Sure would be nice to get out of this workshop and see some nature this summer!

This Mercedes-Benz GLE is trapping unsuspecting users like a Venus flytrap with what looks to be collapsed gas struts.
It’s opening fine, but as soon as the motor detects too much load that's usually taken up by the gas struts, it violently shakes and then proceeds to close the tailgate, regardless of whether there's some one or some thing in the way.
So, before this does some damage to the car or the person using it, we need to replace those gas struts and re-test the system.

These pesky seals make for a lot of work. Thankfully, it gives us a great opportunity to inspect, replace, repair, and re-seal everything in the valley of the engine. We also replace the oil cooler and those OEM seals with a much better, more stable, and longer-lasting seal so we don't have to go back in there in another 10+ years’ time.

We've moved our Mercedes-Benz servicing centre two doors up in Hallam.

It's bigger, brighter, more efficient, and you're going to love it. Not only do we have a great amount of parking on site, we've got a big reception area and a workshop designed to be as efficient as possible, with less moving of cars, brighter workbays, and enough hoists and diagnostic bays that we can work on 15 cars at any one time without feeling like we live at the Castle, having to move the Camira so we can get the Torana out to get to the Commodore...

A rare sight on Australian roads, this frosted black AMG GT63S 4-door coupe is a car turned up to 11. Room for the family and their luggage, and able to eat up the freeways and open roads, this car really has everything.

Well, we say everything, it is missing the actuation of the rear caliper for the handbrake, but our team will sort that out and have it back out on the streets again ASAP. .

camera pops out, but no signal is getting back to the screen. Mercedes digital diagnostics is complete, time to try a few more things to see what's really at fault here.

The waterpump seized and snapped the belt after freying. Few more fixes need to happen before we give the car back to the customer, but for now that belt and waterpump is all sorted.

Heavy hauling mixed with some questionable repairs has required and engine replacement for this Sprinter. before we put the motor into the vehicle we're going to do all the servicing and replacement while we have it all apart. this is the most cost effective and reassuring thing we can do for the future ownership of this Pickup.
