🔧🚛 **It’s been a little while since we’ve checked in… but that doesn’t mean we’ve been quiet!** 🚛🔧

The workshop has been absolutely flat out lately, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team we have behind us. 💪

The boys have been putting in the hard yards, keeping trucks and trailers moving, tackling everything from routine servicing and repairs through to complex diagnostics and major repairs.

Every job that rolls through the workshop gets the same focus — quality workmanship, attention to detail, and getting our customers back on the road with confidence.

“Yeah mate, I’ll only have one beer.” 🍺😂

2 hours later…

3 seized bolts defeated ✅
4 extra faults discovered ✅
1 mechanic questioning his life choices ✅

🔧 **Another busy week in the workshop... and let's just say the boys haven't had much time to stand around drinking coffee!** ☕😂🚛

It's been another big week keeping our customers on the road, with a bit of everything coming through the workshop.

This week's jobs included:
✅ Brand-new axles fitted to a trailer, finished off with a fresh coat of paint in the customer's chosen colour.
✅ Replaced a leaking rear output seal on a gearbox before it could become a much bigger problem.
✅ Tracked down a cooling system pressurising issue that turned out to be a dropped cylinder liner and a blown head gasket. Proof that guessing is expensive—diagnostics save dollars!
✅ Fitted a new steering box to get the truck pointing where the driver wants it to go (always a bonus! 😅).
✅ Replaced worn rear steer shackle pins and bushes to tighten everything back up and keep it handling as it should.

Whether it's a quick repair, a major rebuild, or chasing down those frustrating faults that everyone else has given up on, we're always up for the challenge.

💪 **If it's broken, we'll fix it. If it's worn out, we'll replace it. And if it's making a funny noise... we'll probably know why.**

🚛💥 WE'RE BACK... AND WE'VE BEEN BUSY! 💥🚛

It's been a little while since we've posted, but that doesn't mean we've slowed down! The team at Harlen's Heavy Diesel Services has been flat out keeping trucks, trailers and heavy machinery on the road across South East Queensland.

This video is just a snapshot of what we've been working on over the past couple of months. From major breakdowns and engine repairs to servicing, diagnostics and everything in between, we've been getting the job done with quality workmanship and fast, reliable service.

Another Cummins cm2250 with low engine oil pressure at idle and low on power. With a few checks and test it didn’t take long to find the exact issue. Replaced the high pressure fuel pump, cleaned the sump out and truck was back on the road in no time.
