JMACX took over the engineering and development of the 200 and 300 Series chops from AEP, a trusted advanced automotive engineering firm specialising in Australian patrol and expedition vehicles. AEP has engineered vehicles for the Australian Defence Force, the mining industry, and other demanding applications.

2. GCM software recalibration
We complete a GCM software recalibration to the engine management system, helping meet compliance requirements while supporting key monitoring functions, including water temperature, exhaust gas temperature, transmission temperature, and intake air temperature.

3. Upgraded key components
We upgrade the transmission cooler, exhaust system, suspension components, and tail shaft to help minimise unnecessary strain on key vehicle components. These upgrades are designed to support long-term durability in an already extremely capable vehicle that owners can depend on.

4. Precision robotic testing
Every chopped LandCruiser conversion is robotically measured and tested to ensure alignment, consistency, structural integrity, and overall build quality. This process helps confirm that every vehicle meets JMACX’s high standards before leaving the workshop, giving customers confidence in the strength, safety, and reliability of their conversion.
