I was travelling between workshops today and when approaching my new workshop driveway I spotted a murder of Crows or ravens....whatever....

Pulled up at the entry of driveway... got out thinking Crows were harassing a magpie and minor bird....

And nearly stepped on this trying to protect the smaller birds!

Turns out they were working together to warn everyone!

Dummy workshop layout to work out power point locations and 3 phase etc...

Only to move again to prep and 2pak floor inside and out....

Tiles to lay at entrance and assembly front counter...

The list goes on.......and on..

But it will not defeat me!😤

My second hand purchase of a Peerless ......
3 phase air compressor after 3yrs at Rumble Exhaust and approx 2.5 yrs at previous workshop!

If you look after your equipment!

This is how Steve responds when the lease is up and after parting with $150k over 3 years. Dealing with a developer who feels he can do... or more to the point ..Not do! or address legitimate issues and repairs raised in a reasonable time....

2 weeks short of 2 years to repair the front door or 2 years and 2 months to get a key for the letter box. (Just to name a couple!)

The lease from hell, only amplified by an agent and it's Director (the Owner) that "I" paid outgoings to for them to perform,

Through out my dealings, the only Performance they supplied, was taking the money and stealing my productive time to earn a living peacefully!

What annoys me even more, is that these As****es! anticipate that most tenants will just take the crap continuously due to theTime, Cost and Energy to relocate!

I am taking 99% of what I put and paid for in this place, and I don't care how much time and energy I need to complete my misson!

They will try to break you!
