A bit of a fun this afternoon diagnosing a fault with the airbag system on this 2014 Mitsubishi Triton.

This particular model have issues with the wiring from the airbag module to all of the different components throughout the car.

So I made sure to check continuity from the airbag module to the suspect faulty component before just throwing parts at it.

Confirmed the circuit was good, she needs a new curtain airbag 🤙🏽

Hey legends! We hope you’re all having a great day, like we are! 😁

This morning we are doing an engine swap on a Nissan X trail, it’s not the most user friendly design, but with the right tools, we got the engine and transmission assembly out safely.

Now it’s time to separate them and get the new engine mounted into place, and then back into the car 🤙🏽

Long days at the office, fitting up a new catalytic converter to a customers car.

After having lean fuel mixture codes for some time, caused the cat to fail.

I did some diagnostic work and found some vacuum leaks causing the lean fuel condition and fixed those as well.

Now fitting a genuine catalytic converter and genuine o2 sensors will see this little buzz box cruising around nice and healthy again 😁😎🤙🏽

Doing some electrical diagnostic work on a 3.2L Ford Ranger this afternoon 😁

This vehicle broke down early one morning this week, and had crank angle sensor codes, so I’ve hooked up my oscilloscope to check waveform signature integrity, to confirm if it’s the sensor at fault, or a wiring issue.

Always do the correct testing of components, to ensure correct diagnosis!

Don’t be a parts changer! 😁
