Does your S-Chassis or R-Chassis have traction issues and isn't driving the way it should?

Like many before it, it may be suffering from worn bushes and / or a cracked subframe.

It's a dirty job but someone has to do it it!

We replace the bushes with aftermarket heavy duty (sometimes solid) bushes, then strip back the subframe, welding in a reinforcement brace kit. This allows them to take whatever you can throw at it. 1.1 60ft times, drift, thrash, you name it.

There's some side-by-side SR VE engine assembly taking place at the moment at the headquarters.

We have an AMM700 SR22VET for a GTiR and something fresh you guys will probably be keen to see - an SR20VET 2.0 using the MT Performance VVL killer roller rockers.

In 26 years of working with SR20's, we have never sent a block off to KFC for machine work or their wedges, and we plan to keep it that way.

So we are going to fire ring the factory block using a copper gasket and Plazmaman girdle with a goal of 900hp on our Mainline hub dyno.

We will keep you posted on how this performs as we get closer to the tune time.

Not content with 3 figures, the Falcon has returned with a bigger Pulsar 1450hp turbo.

We cranked it to 40psi onto the single cammer to make 1057hp at the hubs through the TH400!

Time to send it off to Cootamundra!

We just finished assembling this tough 2JZ for an S15 with goals of 1500hp at the engine.

It features plenty of tough parts including a CNC ported head with oversized valves, Billet GSC cams and a copper gasket and fire ring setup.

Downstairs it has forged pistons and rods and is backed by a built TH400 gearbox with a transbrake and converter dumps.

We'll post some images as we carry out the engine swap and wire it up to tune the Haltech Nexus!

Long time customer Ric was back for a dual map tune in his single cam RB30 VL Turbo. A quick swap to a GTX3584R and E85 netted some awesome results through the C4.

On 31psi it delivered a stout 744whp after the necessary tweaks were made to the Haltech Elite ECU.

We serviced and tuned the Haltech on this SR20VET S15 this week with multiple settings in the closed loop boost control, fuel trim, etc.

It idles and drives beautifully, and now makes 664hp at the hubs on E85.

As promised, here's the RS3 dyno pull. This Stage 2 Kit has gained 80kw at the wheels over stock and 135nM of torque.
We would expect this to run low 3's 0-100 and low 11 second quarters.

Time will tell!
