Recently we had a call out to Toowoomba as a mack trident had an injector fault, running rough and low on power.

We attended and found that no3 injector was open circuit.

We replaced the injector and cup and also found the culprit for low power. The fuel return line was completely blocked.

With a new injector, injector cup installed and programed. New fuel line, this truck was back on the road.

Well that's a diag.

Freightliner coronado in with intermittent loss of power. The CPC would lose power and the engine would turn off.

$2 fuse was the culprit.

Most of the time its the simplest things.

Epoxy base and change of colour to Mack Chassis red.

Next on the cards is a full cab respray.

2. Experience in all facets of workshop activities will be looked on favorably:-
Metal fabrication, Spray painting, Auto electrics, Auto Air conditioning
3. Engine rebuilding skills a bonus
4. Able to work with minimum supervision
5. Customer focused & responsibility driven
6. Heavy vehicle license desirable
7. Willing to work some Saturdays
