Retail Assistant / Spare Parts Interpreter

Nowra Motorcycles is looking for a motivated Retail Assistant / Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy and passionate team. If you love motorcycles, enjoy helping customers, and have a good eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that includes:

• Assisting customers with spare parts, accessories, and general enquiries
• Interpreting parts diagrams and identifying correct motorcycle parts
• Processing sales, orders, and stock control
• Supporting the workshop and retail team
• Maintaining a clean, organised retail and parts area
About You
• Interest in motorcycles (industry experience preferred, but not essential)
• Previous retail or parts experience highly regarded
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
