Once again, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated mechanic to join our family run business. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional operator to work in a niche market.
Job description: Mechanic
Employment Type: Full time/Permanent part time. Subcontractors also welcomed.
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Start date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, logbook services, accessories installation, vehicle builds and fit outs, suspension installation etc on a variety of vehicles and machines.
•Ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
•Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed.
•Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship and proven experience as a fully qualified mechanic.
•Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment effectively.
•Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
•Able to work unsupervised.
•Good communication skills.
•Basic auto electrical knowledge
•Valid driver’s licence. Hv licence would be advantageous but not a necessity.
