ts reduced value . You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failure with goods ,sold or fitted (12 month part warranty -non electrical)
If a failure with the goods or a service do a major failure ,you are entitled to have a failure rectified in a reasonable time . If this is done you are entitled to a refund to cancel your contract for the services and obtain a refund of any unused portion . You are also entitled to be compensated for an reasonable foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service . Loan car : the user -the loan driver on day
The user will agree to keep car clean as received. The user will agree to pay all fines ,road tolls and all costs relating to the use of the loan car on the day of use or travel. The user will agree to pay an access of $2800 on day of accident to Coleman service centre for the access costs for insurance reasons. The user will also put fuel used back into car and bring a receipt to prove it .min $10

This is a neglected gearbox ,insufficient oil changes resulted in premature failure of output shaft sleeve guide …hence the metal flakes ! This has contaminated the whole gearbox and has gone through everything and will need reconditioned gearbox .

This is why u do servicing on time ! So if u hit multiple potholes over time they will knock your wheel alignment out …causing uneven tyre wear . In this case u lucky u haven’t killed yourself or someone on the road .
