Going from a stock tank of 90L to a massive 174L.

If you're planning your next trip and want to spend more time exploring and less time searching for a servo, get in touch with the team at Jacksons Auto Repairs. We can supply and fit quality long-range fuel tanks to suit your vehicle.

🚨 Land Rover Discovery 5 – Broken Cam Gear 🚨

This Discovery 5 came into the workshop with a broken cam gear, causing major issues and leaving the engine unable to run correctly.

We've seen enough of these failures that we now fit upgraded cam gears whenever we carry out a timing belt replacement. While the timing belt is due as scheduled maintenance, replacing the factory cam gears with upgraded units at the same time is a smart investment that can help prevent a much more expensive repair in the future.

Why upgrade?
✔️ Stronger, more durable design
✔️ Improved long-term reliability
✔️ Helps prevent cam gear failures
✔️ Peace of mind for Discovery 5 & Range Rover Sport owners

If your Discovery 5 is due for its timing belt service, ask us about fitting the upgraded cam gears at the same time.

Preventative maintenance is always cheaper than engine repairs.

📞 Contact Jacksons Auto Repairs on 8376 0899 to book your Discovery 5 in or to discuss the cam gear upgrade.

190,000 km is a good effort, but even the best suspension needs some love.

This Toyota LandCruiser 200 Series is in for a full shock rebuild and service.

These King off-road shocks have been sent to Mike's Shock Shop. Instead of replacing the shocks, rebuilding them restores their performance, improves ride quality, and gets them ready for many more kilometres on and off the road.

If your 4WD is starting to feel harsh, bouncy, or just isn't handling like it used to, your suspension could be due for a service.

Need your suspension checked? Get in touch with Jacksons Auto Repairs and we'll make sure your 4WD is ready for wherever the next adventure takes you.
