Carmelo brought us his genuine HSV Group A Walkinshaw for a new exhaust system.

Fix and replace burnt fuse panel that was by passed, back to factory.

Replace sagged/ crack engine mounts

Valve cover gasket leaking

Replace alternator as it was not charging.

The new 3 inch exhaust system includes pacemaker extractors, 2 x 100 cell cats, muffler and  resonator this system sounds mint

Michael had his wagon towed in as it had a bad misfire.
We perform a compression test our suspension were correct leaking valve, head issues with over 3000,000km this LTT has done enough.

Quicker, easier and cheaper to get a low KM secondhand engine as we did and 24hour turn around back on the road, we also changed the suspect parts like water pump, thermostat & inlet gasket.

John came to us by referral and got his SS LS3 vehicle towed to us from another Workshop. They couldn’t be sure the exact problem

We suspected a dropped valve seat, conrod with piston destroyed

We diagnosed this one in the car park, basic’s first, plugs out cylinder 4 spark plug electrode out of shape, placed endoscope down into cylinder, what do you know exactly that, another LS3 boom 💥

A little surprise once engine was out, the Cats have failed 🤦‍♂️

So we are doing a JK LS3 Combo
For now off to APM for all our engine machining 🤙
