This motor has the following:

1835cc engine which has been fully balanced

W1-10 camshaft

Angle lifters

Counter weight crankshaft

New pistons, barrels and rods

34mm single, twin carburettors

Magna spark ignition system (not shown in photos)

External oil filter

Estimated 120 horsepower

Specs of engine are available on request

The engine also comes with a new installed clutch and sidewinder stainless steel exhaust system

Engine will be sold with warranty, which will be negotiated at time of purchase

1974 1300 Beetle with 1916cc Pobjoy Engine and Rancho Gearbox For Sale

This car presents in very good condition. It was painted 20 years ago. In our opinion it would sparkle with a good cut and polish.

The following are new components on this car;
Brakes
Suspension Rubbers
914 replica wheels and tyres

It also has a 2.5 inch narrowed beam & trim kits fitted to the front seats. The doortrims are average and the hood lining has two small tears.

The engine was built by Stan Pobjoy and has a capacity of 1916cc. Components include a new Type 3 case, twin Kadron carburetors plus oil temperature and pressure sender units. These German Ponies are put to the ground via a Rancho gearbox.

Recently a Magnaspark distributor, leads, coil and an external oil filter have been fitted here in house at VolksCare SA. Helping this engine breathe are a set of extractors and Sidewinder mufflers.

VW Air Cooled turn key engine for Beetle or Kombi

Here we have a 1500cc single port low mileage VW engine for sale. It is in excellent running condition and has been checked by the team at VolksCare.

Compression on all cylinders is 130psi. It has no oil leaks and is ready to bolt into your VW.

As shown in the pictures is comes with a brand new Kombi exhaust.
