Another Silverado 2500 through the Project Overlander workshop, this time receiving an Offroad Industries 4x4 Stage 2 Pre-Registration GVM upgrade, along with a range of suspension and touring upgrades.

The federally approved package delivers:
• 6000kg GVM Rating (Approx. 2198kg Payload)
• 12,474kg GCM
• 3" Suspension Lift
• FOX 2.5 DSC Performance Elite Series Suspension
• ORI 500kg Heavy-Duty Leaf Packs
• Heavy-Duty BDS Suspension Control Arms
• Husky Extenda Flares
• Engineered for up to 37" Tyres

Additional upgrades include:
• Method Race Wheels Australia
• BFGoodrich Tires
• LOGIQ Wireless Airbag Control Kit
• Airbag Man Airbags
• Titan Long Range Fuel Tank

With a significant increase in load carrying capability and a suspension package designed for heavy-duty use, this Silverado is being set up for towing, touring and everything in between.

Chevrolet Silverado 2500 | Offroad Industries Stage 4 Outlaw Package

This Silverado 2500 came through the Project Overlander workshop for an Offroad Industries 4x4 Stage 4 Outlaw suspension upgrade, delivering an impressive 5" lift engineered to accommodate 37" tyres.

The Stage 4 Outlaw package features:

• 5" Engineered Suspension Lift
• Heavy-Duty BDS 5" High Clearance Kit
• Full Replacement Subframe Drop
• Upgraded Steering Knuckles to Maintain Factory Steering Geometry
• Premium BDS Upper Control Arms
• FOX 2.5 Shocks

We also added a few extras to complete the setup:
• Method Race Wheels Australia
• Nitto Tyres Australia
• ORI Side Steps
• GME UHF
• STEDI Light Bar Mounted Behind the Grille

Working alongside OffRoad Systems, the team also fitted an Australian-made single drawer system to make better use of the Silverado's tub space.

The result is one seriously impressive Silverado, combining an engineered suspension package with practical upgrades for touring, towing and everyday use.

Ford F-150 Platinum | Offroad Industries Stage 3 GVM Upgrade

This F-150 Platinum came through the Project Overlander workshop for an Offroad Industries 4x4 Stage 3 GVM and suspension upgrade, paired with a Method Race Wheels and Nitto tyre package.

The Stage 3 package includes:
• FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Suspension
• ORI 400kg Leaf Packs
• BDS Radius Arms & Front Panhard
• 4300kg GVM Rating
• 8800kg GCM
• Approx. 1819kg Payload

Finishing off the package:
• Method Race Wheels Australia 703HD Bead Grip Gloss Titanium Wheels
• Nitto Tyres Australia LT285/70R18 Tyres
