We’re incredibly proud to congratulate Bob on winning the Johnny Award at the 2026 Empowered Women in Trades Gala Awards, held on Saturday, 10 October, at The Timber Yard in Melbourne.
This well-deserved recognition celebrates Bob’s outstanding contribution as a mentor and his commitment to supporting women across the trades.
Bob’s impact goes well beyond sharing his knowledge and experience. Through his guidance, patience, and encouragement, he helps others recognise their strengths, build confidence, and pursue opportunities they may never have considered possible. He takes the time to support people as they learn, giving them the confidence to ask questions, develop their skills and take the next step in their careers.
His approach to mentorship shows just how much of a difference it makes to have someone who believes in your potential. By helping create meaningful pathways for women in trades, Bob is contributing to a more supportive and inclusive industry.
