A few bits from last week and the start of this week.

Custom shifter surround trim for the never ending N57 defender that I definitely won't charge enough for as I spent an unhealthy amount of time on it. Just primed it again, ready for the top coat.

First two gun parts welded up to be sent off for final machining and testing of coatings.

Little alloy b**g for a Barra 60 series ā¤ļø

Tight radius elbows welded onto a PWR intercooler for the same Barra 60.

Close shot of said elbows.

That's all folks, few other bits but nothing mind blowing.

4" stainless intake and top and bottom radiator hoses for this mean patrol.

This thing has it all going on. Brand spanking new LS3, hydro boost, long arms and more. Full ground up resto and cab chop almost complete. Everything's been done to a really nice standard. Can't wait to see it on the road. Gonna be a monster.

My attempt at doing the influencer thing. Few too many errs and umms but my honest opinion on the new optrel sphere welding helmet I received from the team OnlineWeld
Wicked helmet that completely blew me away first time I used it.
Badly filmed arc shot at the end.

Give OnlineWeld a shout if you're in the market for fancy as welding gear.

Going forward, I'll be making a few changes to the way the business operates.

To continue producing the highest quality work possible, I'll be reducing the variety of jobs I take on and focusing on the work I'm most passionate about. As a one-man workshop, this change will allow me to dedicate more time and attention to every build while keeping the business sustainable for the long term.

I'm currently booking from around the end of November.

Enquiries are welcome via email (preferred) or the workshop phone. Both will generally be monitored after 3:30 pm on weekdays.

My main focus will be:ā€¢ Complete exhaust systemsā€¢ Headers and turbo manifoldsā€¢ Bespoke stainless and titanium fabricationā€¢ Longer-term custom buildsā€¢ Product development and personal projects

As a result, I'll be taking on fewer muffler deletes, repairs and smaller one-off jobs.

I'd like to sincerely thank everyone I've met over the past three years. The workload has been relentless, but the people I've worked with and the opportunities I've had have made it an incredible journey.

I'm looking forward to this next chapter and to building some really exciting projects.

Thank you for all the support. šŸ¤

Monster of a job on this monster falcon. Made everything apart from the mufflers from scratch. Full stainless headers to suit 408 stroked Windsor in ED falcon. Square to round sections to suit the big port DRP heads. Followed up with a twin 3" to single 3.5" stainless system.

Some real nice parts went into this one, as well as a good chunk of my sanity. It came out looking spicy, and the owner said it sounds pretty spicy as well. Keen for a cruise once it's on the road. Custom catch can to sort for it once some more parts arrive.

Frame repair on this Moots titanium bike frame. The owner wanted to fit triple rings to the crank and there wasn't the space. His 'adjustment' resulted in an ugly dent and a crack.

He found a pic of what he wanted online somewhere and sent it through to copy.

Came out pretty nice, bit nervous waving the grinder around such a small area but managed cut out the damage, cleaned it up with a burr and flap wheel, made the concave piece, cleaned everything, purged the frame and welded in the repair patch.

Header repair on this Alfa GTV. Stunning car that now sings like it should again. Number 2+3 runners snapped off as well as the fl**ge for number 1 and the y merge lower down. Potential for further cracking down the line as it's taken a few knocks but she's back in the road again making all the noises.
