Yes - That's right our canteen will be dishing out some top tier food for Helltrack!
We will have the Canteen open from 11:30am, BBQ hut, Ice Cream Van, and the crew from Bang on Barista there for your caffeine fix.

Don't forget that many hands make light work, so if you can spare sometime to help out in the Canteen or BBQ please do so, even if its only for a small amount of time to cover our committee so they can watch their kids ride... Anything is appreciated.

Time Schedule ⏰
11.30am - Event Open & Canteen Open

12.30pm - 2.30pm - REGISTRATION

1 - 2.50pm - Practice

Canteen will be running from 11.30am until late. Menu will be posted online.

☕️🍦Bang on Barista & ice cream truck will be there from 11.30am

Tents
Eastern Region Clubs have an allocated space, all other tents will be available for set up from 11.30am and set up is a first in best dress. There will be line markings only for tents, no individual spots marked. Please stay within these margins as it allows spectators access to the track at all times. Please see Map for allocations.

Parking🚗
Free parking is available along Old Wells Road Please see Map.

♿ Disabled Parking is available closest to the venue.
Disabled Parking Permits must be displayed. This is not a drop off area. Please be respectful of those who require this space.

Riders 🚴
Race Format
We will be running HellTrack like all State Rounds, therefore riders need to know Race Number and Gate Number for each moto. It is recommended that you bring masking tape and a marker to have these written up on the back of your race plate. (if you are new and have no clue what we are talking about, ask someone in a yellow vest and we will be happy to help!) Riders are responsible to ensure they are at staging on time to race. Parents are not permitted past the staging entrance.

License & Transponder
Please check that your license is all up to date. There have been some issues with the transition to JustGo. All riders need to know how to gain access to their license, should there be an issue on the day between Sqorz and JustGo.
Check Transponder list and make sure you have no issues with your transponder.
Race Plate should match what you entered on Sqorz.

BUSY BUSY Week ... HellTrack is finally here and we can't wait 🙌 there will be things happening around the track up until Saturday. Coaching and Training will still be on this week so make sure you come down and warm up those tyres before Saturday.
