Today, Luke is going to install the new clip-in intercooler and here's what he said...

"the intercooler is clipped in up in there And then it just slides in clips in I don't know you can see the little tabs right there And then the hose just clips on Wanna make sure that you know they're in one that make the clicking sound and 2 that little tab has been pushed all the way to the top And the hose clamp and that bottom one's detented in there see it's sunken in As is You can't really see it but it's in behind that plastic there
So we know one of them's not sticking out"

In this part 3/7, Luke is showing off the ingenious, No bolts, just slides intercooler. Here's what he said...

"continuing on with the intercooler something else I thought you might find interesting This does not have any bolts to hold the intercooler into the vehicle So what happens is this here is like your recess which is part of the radiator I don't know if you can see that It just slides in up onto there All right And then this bit here clips in underneath that square and just locks into those little tab holes right there You can see it there and there So no bolts All for speed on the production line Can be a bit tricky when things are broken after the fact but it's hopefully it just slides straight in"
