Thereโ€™s a lot happening inside the AllBrand Caravan Services workshop right now. ๐Ÿ‘‡
From major insurance repairs to roof replacements and solar upgrades, the team is keeping plenty of vans moving through the service centre.

One caravan has come in for an insurance repair and is being upgraded from aluminium cladding to composite panel walls, along with some additional work requested by the customer.

Another has had a complete new roof fitted โ€” and while it was in the workshop, the customer decided to add extra solar capacity with an additional 100W and 200W panel.

Weโ€™ve also got:

โœ… New roof assemblies underway
โœ… Exterior trims being fitted
โœ… General servicing
โœ… Insurance repairs
โœ… Work on wind-up caravans

Sometimes the best time to tackle those extra upgrades is while your caravan is already in the workshop.

In this part 3/7, Luke is showing off the ingenious, No bolts, just slides intercooler. Here's what he said...

"continuing on with the intercooler something else I thought you might find interesting This does not have any bolts to hold the intercooler into the vehicle So what happens is this here is like your recess which is part of the radiator I don't know if you can see that It just slides in up onto there All right And then this bit here clips in underneath that square and just locks into those little tab holes right there You can see it there and there So no bolts All for speed on the production line Can be a bit tricky when things are broken after the fact but it's hopefully it just slides straight in"

It's a full house yet again and this is just the holding yard.

On most days itโ€™s like Queen Street here with over 50 vans on site as well as the vehicles getting repaired at our sister company sandgate auto electrics .
