We are looking for a motivated person to join our crew. We see this all too often - buff marks & holograms in the paint surface caused by an inexperienced detailer attempting to do paint correction with a machine polisher. These types of detailers are well known in the industry as 'hacks'. They lure their customers in with a cheap price & a promise but all they do is fleece the customer of their money and hand back a car that looks worse than what they
began with... Actually, it may look good for a little while because the buff marks & holograms they put in the paintwork are covered up with carnauba wax which 'hides' them but after a couple of washes & the wax has washed off you are left with a poor excuse for a paint correction. The worst part of this is A) the customer has been robbed. B) This 'hack' gives the whole detailing industry a bad rep and C) Now the customer has to spend more of their hard earned to pay a professional to clean up the mess. Moral to the story? A cheap job isnt good & a good job isn't cheap
