During the off season we were approached by a dad wanting good things for his lad for 2026. So we put some good things into this YZ125 for . A full engine build with gearbox. Ported cylinder and matched cases. HPI CDI unit. Revalved suspension front and rear with our proven settings. Nothing like real world data for proven performance. Good luck for 2026 Xav💪💪

So we have a customer who's a bloody handy rider from south coast NSW. The bloke isn't short on resources and has a good selection of steeds to shred. Fact is he loves his old generation YZ250F so he's decided to leave the build in our hands. In-house port work, gearbox and crankshaft treatment along with a high lift cam. Full suspension revalve and set up too. Enjoy Look forward to seeing it scream 💪

Stuff like this makes the work all worthwhile. is always dropping by for a bu****it session and a good bench race but this is pretty cool. One of his KX250F front plates from last year with nice little message on the back. We've looked after Kall since he came back to racing a few years back and it's always a good time. If I love anything about what I do it's building fast bikes and I always get stoked when pros like Kall love it too

So I've had a little personal project going over summer (like I haven't had enough to do!!). We held onto Zane's YZ250F and decided to give it a makeover. It's now a genuine 300cc with an cylinder kit. Extensive head work done in-house. treatment to gearbox and crank. A powerflow intake. GYTR exhaust system. We have a few ECU maps to play with but we'll be developing this bike further throughout the year. Next on the list is a ECU but we'll run it in and go from there. So I've been receiving a few messages about and his choice to run Krooztune suspension for this year's . The fact is I've never built supercross suspension before. We were really pushing things timewise with only a few weeks for him to get some prep done. I had a few attempts at setting it up myself but I'm a big enough person to admit I was out of my depth. I actually suggested to Kall that if I couldn't get it right on the 3rd go then it was best to look elsewhere and take it to someone who's had a lot more experience in this department than me. If he decides to race in 2025 I we'll definitely have more time to develop a decent set up. As of now, he has out full support. And his engine we built is a rocketship 🚀🤘😎

Been a big week in the shop with multiple projects on the go but this was a high priority.The finishing touches for and his KX250 to get his prep underway. gearbox treatment. high compression piston. Extensive port work. T6 exhaust system. Some testing now to find the right mapping. And of course suspension set up with valving and spring changes. This is our first SX set up for Kall so we're fully prepared to make the improvements we need as we go
