To say it's been a big few months would be an understatement. Pumped to finally have the dyno up and running. Plenty of hurdles, and more to go, but today we got the first few pulls done🤘

Got two sets of Holden 6 fire ring style head gaskets available. 0.040" thick. Made to fit the chamber shape to reduce crevice volume. These particular ones use the gasket for location so no machining required to either the block or head. Send us a PM if you want a set

Tuning job we just finished off. XU1 spec Holden 6 in a HR prem. Carbs are triple CD175 Strombergs that had 50 years of wear and tear on them. Full rebuild with new shafts, seals etc where needed. New needles and spring and a road tune. Set up the XU1 choke linkages for easy cold starting. It's running great and the fuel curve/mixture control is amazing in all gears and throttle positions. New lease of life for the old girl

Holden red cylinder head CNC surfaced and combustion chambers softened

Just completed a job for a Vincent motorcycle. Bored and diamond honed the cylinders to suit the , honed big ends to suit roller bearings and aligned the rods

Update on the set up of our engine dyno. Getting excited now, another few weeks and we'll be up and running. All new load control thanks to .com and full data logging with a Nexus R5. This will let us run up to 10 NTK or Bosch o2 sensors, EGTs and as many sensors as needed including DBW set ups

Our latest offering to the Holden 6 crowd.
Serpentine crank and water pump pulleys now in stock. These are to suit ATI balancer set ups. They come pre machined to suit a 36-1 trigger wheel on the back side. Also got hubs in stock with a built in v belt for guys wanting to run factory style water pump/alternator set ups with either a serpentine pulley or toothed pulley for blower drive. This particular one pictured will run a v belt for water pump and alternator, with the serpentine pulley being used to drive a blower in one of our ball bearing covers
