Please check your insurance policy for “choice of repairer”. QBE have now changed to choice of repairer being an option or add on to your policy. These options generally are in the same section where replacement vehicle hire and windscreen cover are located. Please also check your renewals as they fall due to be certain that you are fully covered including your choice of repairer as sometimes policies are altered during renewal by the insurer.
