Thank you, Ernie, for the outstanding panel and paintwork that your team recently provided for my car.
From the time that I sought advice about the damaged panel and paintwork to my car, Ernie and his accomplished team, who obviously strive for perfection, have been outstanding. The repairs and paintwork was performed to the highest possible standard. Additionally, there were some faint scratches on all four door panels, undoubtedly caused by overhanging garden shrubs as I drove by, that I did not mention, not wanting to unnecessarily increase the job time, nor fair quotation price.
However, to my great surprise, upon inspecting my seven year old car, upon the quoted completion day, not only was any trace of the damaged panel and mudguard gone, but also, all trace of the scratches on all four doors was gone! The appearance and paint finish on my car far exceeded my expectations; it now looked comparable to the factory finished brand new car that I had once driven out of the dealerā€™s showroom!
I much appreciate the applied team efforts, their skills, attention to detail-the fit and finish, as delivered, was superior in every respect, as was the outstanding workmanship, truly exceptional! Thanks again, Ernie and staff.
I had originally gone to Merv Newby Smash Repairs, because of a personal recommendation, and have been duly rewarded by your team providing possibly the best auto repair and paint work available in Sydney.
