This beauty is back to its owner today. It now has a brand new R134a factory style air con system. The Denso compressor was rebuilt by a company in the states, lines, condenser, tx valve and pressure switch all new. Coooold now and up to modern specs whilst still looking factory.

The owner has rebuilt most of the car and its beautifully clean and preserved. Its also for sale, get in touch if you'd like me to pass on your details to the owner.

Ive got a bit of history with the HJ61 Sahara, i used to own it approx 12 years ago. Im glad to see it again.

590 000kms, came in for a full 12ht rebuild with all the works. Rebuilt pump and injectors, new turbo, intercooler, exhaust, ceramic coated pistons, everything machined where needed, powder coating and painting, some wiring tidy ups. Now ready for another 600 000kms.

This beauty recently back to the owner. Unfortunately who ever installed the alternator onto the 12ht didn't do it correctly, lost all oil and seized.

A new low km 12ht was dropped in then prepped for a pink slip. New suspension, rod ends a few bulbs and was ready to hit the road again.

China cab update!

After seeing a few videos on the weekend, I needed to check for myself. Door handle installed.

The China cab ive had in a box for a few months. Stored outside and the plywood stopped nothing, just held moisture in. I can't find any rust, and the paint is actually pretty good. Gaps look good. Fitment will be shortly as im building this one in house to ensure they are ok before committing.

Nice finish from Alec. Different combo this time. Stage 1 car builders then Van liner for the firewall and water proof carpet underlay for the floor.

The roof was also done in stage 1, then the roof lining stage two also from carbuilders.
