Congratulations to Boating Industry Association Ltd on appointing its first female President, Tracy Souris. 👏
It’s wonderful to see the continued evolution of leadership across the marine industry and greater representation at all levels of boating and marine organisations.
At BIAV, we’ve proudly seen women lead our organisation through former Presidents Irene Hoe and Eleni Savva, both of whom made valuable contributions to the industry during their time in the role.
