My brother Gibbo,

You will always be a inspiration for the way you tackled life head on, the time you had for your girls, your family, your mates. You packed so much into your time here mate. If I could achieve 1% of what you did,
I would be a happy man.

You lifted me up and pushed me to be my best through the tough workouts we did together. Even when I was dragging the chain you would push me to finish that rep, or jump in and get it finished.

You spoke from the heart, a solid straight shooter, a true Aussie legend , a true one of a kind. I loved our chats at your bar what ever hour of the night it was. It was a true honour to be in your presence.

I never really understood your croc addiction until the other day I bought a pair just like yours. To say they are comfy is a understatement. I'm now finding so many situations they will be on my feet, getting the job done.

This vespa needed a bit of love

Part 1:

These photos are prior to any paint correction.

The vespa received a thorough wash inc further dismantling to remove heavy dirt build up under panel edges.

Chemical decontamination and a clay pad to remove bonded dirt and fall out from the paint surface.

Then a compounding stage to remove deep and medium paint defects, followed by a fine polishing stage to remove any light swirls and really make this solid black paint finish really pop.

We are always learning and building our skillset here at The Scooter Den.

Over the last week we have completed body repairs to this 80 series Toyota Landcruiser and then given it the best level of protection to its exterior with Upol Raptor coat.

This coating is built to handle the challenges that offroad 4 wheel driving (exploring remote places through Australia) places on vehicle paint finishes. Its tintable to numerous manufacturer colours and offers levels of abrasion resistance unlike anything I have ever seen.

This Landcruiser was tinted to match Audi's famous 'Nardo Grey' LY7C.
