Job Opportunity- Administration Support

Gardiner Smash Repairs is looking for a vibrant, hardworking person to support the business administration in a part-time role.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Answering phone calls
- Review emails and flag for follow up
- Maintain supply of Client paperwork including filing
- Assist in ordering paint and initial and additional parts

Desirable Skills & Qualities:

- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Ability to follow directions & show attention to detail in tasks
- Good communication skills – polite and professional
- Ability to prioritise work to be completed
- Interest in learning new skills and a new work environment
- Competence in the use of computer applications
- Ability to learn new computer applications
