Here’s what we fitted to this N80:

✅ Flex 43mm ball bearing turbo
✅ Custom engine and transmission tune

💪 Making 244HP and 744Nm of torque!

An upgraded airbox and intercooler would help too, but we kept this build budget-friendly.

The key is getting the engine and gearbox tunes working together to make it smooth, responsive and a pleasure to drive!

Another busy day at Desta! Three different rigs getting some attention on the dyno 🔥💪

🔧 TOYOTA HILUX N80 Gen 2
In for a BRC 350HP clutch and flywheel kit, custom ECU remap and hard cut.
✅ Stock: 129.4HP / 345Nm
✅ Tuned: 200.3HP / 646Nm
An extra 70.9HP and around 310Nm, with the clutch upgrade to go with it! 🚀

🔧 NISSAN NAVARA NP300
Already tuned, but there was more to get out of this one! Back on the rollers for a custom retune, with a hard cut added too.
✅ Previous tune: 156.9HP / 402.2Nm
✅ Desta tune: 213.1HP / 517.4Nm
An extra 56.2HP and 115.2Nm over the previous tune 👊

🔧 FORD RANGER 3.2L
This 2020 PX3 Ranger joined us for a custom ECU remap, dialled in on the dyno with the DPF retained and active.
✅ Stock: 142.6HP / 460Nm
✅ Tuned: 184.4HP / 603.4Nm
An extra 41.8HP and 143.4Nm, with a solid increase through the low and mid-range, all with the DPF on! 💪
