Our business is growing, and we are now looking to employ experienced and qualified Mechanics (can be Car looking to upskill to Heavy Vehicles) & a Vehicle builder/welder, to work in our Heavy Commercial Vehicle Workshop.
The roles are permanent positions with working hours being approximately 7.00 am to 3.30 pm or 12.00 pm to 9.30 pm. Overtime is also available. You will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical work on our customer's vehicles. The makes vary from European, American & Japanese vehicles.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants will need to be a trade qualified Vehicle builder or Mechanic. You will also have the ability to demonstrate experience with all aspects of mechanical servicing, repairs, and maintenance work.
You will need to be:
• Reliable and punctual
• Have attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised on and off site and on breakdowns
Advantage skills and experience:
• HR (or higher) License or willing to obtain
• Experience with modern American, European & Japanese vehicles
• Experience with Bus Servicing & Repairs
