Ok so first cab off the rank…. Had the opportunity to refinish this pinball playfield… uv graphics were applied to raw timber…. The scope was to make it like glass….. that we did!… 😁

“Bombs away”

Pretty proud of Tim our 2nd year apprentice…. done a great job of refinishing this WW2 practice bomb!.. most elements were a first for him and for the most part, he completed them unassisted!..

So it came to us from one of my mad uncles who acquired it years ago and was simply a “mates rates” kinda job. it was in fair condition with the tail section rotten away and tears and dents in the side walls from its drop to terra firma.. we roughly reproduced a replacement tail and smoothed the shell leaving the crush marks from impact!.. the only scope was to have Black Babbath written on both sides and War Pigs on the underside, leaving that crushed section!.. we sure get some weird stuff come through the doors, and was a kool little “unusual” project for Tim to sink his teeth into!.. 💣
