Levi’s rb25 neo R34😎 this project started as me doing a bit of head work for the motor, which turned into me doing everything. Dropped the car off and left as a running driving car. Just a small list of jobs I completed -
* Painted the engine bay
* Assembled the head and motor
* All custom made an lines
* Abs deleted and custom hard lines made
* Installed various aftermarket parts, trigger kit, oil pressure + temp sensor, fuel pressure sensor, ethanol sensor, iat sensor, dbw throttle body + pedal, boost control solenoid.
* External oil cooler set up
* Custom power steering reservoir
* All custom intercooler piping, exhaust + waste gate dump tube and a recirculating pipe.
* Full system, pump, injectors, regulator, fuel pump top hat, -8an hard lines
* Plenty of heat management being a street car.
* a lot of custom wiring went into this to keep it clean and simple
No project is to big or small. 426hp was the final number. Restricted by the exhaust housing. More than enough for a bit of fun😎🤙🏻

Full 3inch exhaust for .jzx, modified the dump pipe to suit a v-band and fix an exhaust leak. Exhaust is tucked up now ready for more low. Installed a set of d-max caster arms while it was on the hoist🤙🏻

Jacobs s15 sr20 motor build complete, now installed and ready to start full set of intercooler pipes, full exhaust and a couple other little fab jobs. Wiring and plumbing for everything on the list as well.

List of modifications to engine so far -

* engine clean + tear down
* Head rebuilt, multi angle valve job, valves re ground, valve heights all set to with in 0.01.
* Kelford cams + springs and retainers
* Dual rocker mod with rocker stoppers
* MLS head gasket + ARP headstuds
* Full nitto gasket set to reseal motor top to bottom
* Genuine timing chain + guides
* Taarks manual timing chain tensioner
* Taarks trigger kit
* Taarks r35 coil kit
* Intake manifold Cerakoted black by Rocky V***r Blasting
* Raceworks fuel rail + 1000cc injectors
* Bosch 60mm drive by wire throttle body
* Iacv deleted
* Various parts V***r blasted by Rocky V***r Blasting
* Pulsar 3071 with dual v-band to suit the artec manifold
* Raceworks hose + fittings for turbo oil and coolant lines
* Turbo smart 45mm hypergate. *ross performance harmonic balancer

Been a bit slack on this page lately, been flat out with work. Going to start showing off a few jobs I have on the go at the moment, this barra turbo housing modified to have an external gate, pre heated and welded to stop stress cracking being cast iron. RB25 neo in the works as well🤙🏻

105 1fz, engine was using coolant, pulled the head off to get cracked tested, head was no good to use again after being pressure tested and failed, new head was ordered and assembled with new valves and valve stem seals, valve clearances where measured and adjusted with ordering the correct shims, installed with arp head studs and a cometic mls headgasket to be able to handle some boost in the future👀 couldn’t help myself while the rocker cover was off it had to get a lick of paint👌🏻 rear tailshaft had new uni’s installed as well🤌🏻

Rear bar project for an 80 series, I didn’t build the rear bar just modified it, added the tyre carrier to the drivers side to utilise the barn doors better, fabricated the tyre carrier, extended the rear bar to the guards as they stopped 100mm short previously. Finished it off with stripping it back to metal, etch primer and then a thick coat of raptor coating for protection🤌🏻🤙🏻💪🏻
