We had a plan to have the engine in at the end of the year 🎉. It was a close call but we achieved the milestone. Will I have it driving for 2026 Summernats 38🫣😜??

M57Troopy. The body is now mounted to the 80 chassis.
The rear axle looks out of place at the moment, this is the result of a 200mm chassis extension.
With 35s and the tube bar fenders fitted the rear wheels should look the part.

The old Troopy has spent more time on the back of that trailer than driving. Hopefully this will be its last trip. FJ had the day off school for this special event, picked the troopy up from dad’s block then home to remove the chassis.

Slowly getting there, Still have to bolt it all down, weld on tie down points for the motorcycle and paint 🎨. 2 weeks until the big trip Manar Park, Queensland

Started the mods on the car trailer to haul the bikes and camping gear for the up and coming June/July boys trip. Murphys law has it, I was getting stuck into the mods next minute weld gives up the ghost 🤬.
