🔐 Your vehicle security system is only effective if you know how to use it properly.

We’re seeing more and more cases where vehicle owners invest in advanced systems like the Ghost-II Immobiliser — but never fully learn how to operate features such as Service Mode, emergency override procedures, phone pairing, or PIN management.

Unfortunately, this lack of understanding often leads to:
• Incorrect assumptions that the immobiliser has “faulted”
• Vehicles accidentally left in Service Mode
• PIN confusion after servicing or changing
• Bluetooth phones not reconnecting correctly
• Installers being blamed for unrelated factory vehicle issues
❗️How to use your Phone app or Bluetooth FOB securely

Modern aftermarket immobilisers are highly advanced electronic security systems — not simple “on/off” devices from years ago.

⚠️ Knowing how to apply:
✅ Service Mode especially when taking vehicle to service centre
✅ Pair and remove phones correctly
✅ Understand inications
✅ Use your emergency card
✅ Confirm proper operation after servicing
✅Emergency Override procedure

…can prevent frustration, unnecessary callouts, and misdiagnosis of unrelated vehicle faults.

A few minutes learning your system properly can save hours of stress later.

If you’re unsure how your system works, contact your installer and ask for a proper demonstration. Security is only effective when the owner understands how to use it correctly. 🔒
